Abstract

It was strange to any Moslem scholar to think in making or supporting political party, since most of them considered these parties as instrument to divide the Moslem Nation. But after the success of these Parties to formulate democratice systems and enhanced peoples political particpation, many of present Moslem leaders and scholars changed their minds to support making parties in Moslem countries. This research deals with this controversy, where it shows the two points of views.
